UK Delivery
England & Wales:
- Orders placed before 12 PM (noon), Monday to Friday, qualify for next-business-day delivery.
- Orders are shipped using DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 24-hour service, depending on the most appropriate method.
- Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery from Tuesday onwards.
Scotland & Northern Ireland:
- Orders placed before 12 PM (noon), Monday to Friday, qualify for next-business-day delivery.
- Orders are shipped using DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 24-hour service, depending on the most appropriate method.
- Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery from Tuesday onwards.
Important Notice
At Skin65, we offer Next Working Day Delivery within the UK (Monday–Friday) on orders dispatched on time.
Please read the following carefully:
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
- If your parcel does not arrive by the promised delivery date, please contact us immediately.
- You must notify us of any missing parcel within 10 days of the dispatch date.
- We can only raise a courier investigation if we are informed within this 10-day timeframe.
- After 10 days from dispatch, courier investigations may no longer be accepted.
We strongly advise all customers to:
- Monitor tracking updates regularly.
- Check with neighbours and any designated safe places.

- While both services aim for next-day delivery, delays can occasionally occur, and orders may take up to 2-3 working days, depending on courier operations.
- Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by the courier service, and customers can track their parcel directly for updates.
- Public holidays may affect dispatch and delivery times.
