UK Delivery
England & Wales:
- Orders placed before 12 PM (noon), Monday to Friday, qualify for next-day delivery.
- Orders are shipped using DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 24-hour service, depending on the most appropriate method.
- Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery from Tuesday onwards.
Scotland & Northern Ireland:
- Orders placed before 12 PM (noon), Monday to Friday, qualify for next-day delivery.
- Orders are shipped using DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 24-hour service, depending on the most appropriate method.
- Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery from Tuesday onwards.
International Delivery
- All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services.
- Delivery times vary by destination, and customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their shipment.
Additional Information
- Tracking details are provided as soon as the shipping label is generated.
- While both services aim for next-day delivery, delays can occasionally occur, and orders may take up to 2-3 working days, depending on courier operations.
- Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by the courier service, and customers can track their parcel directly for updates.
- Public holidays may affect dispatch and delivery times.
