Skin 65 Returns Policy

  • UK Returns are FREE and trackable
  • You have 28 days from the date of your purchase to return it for a refund
  • Once received, returns can take up to 48 hours to be processed 
  • Depending on your bank processing time, refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your account.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our store.

If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we will happily offer a refund on all products returned to us within 28 days of your purchase, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition.

Items MUST be returned in saleable condition: unopened with all original packaging and hygiene seals intact. Please be aware we are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable. 

If your order has qualified for a free gift, the free gift must also be returned before your refund can be processed.

Please keep your proof of return until the refund has been processed as it may be required. 

If you are returning from outside of the UK, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping. 

REFUNDS

Once we received your return, provided the products are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition, your refund will be issued within 48 hours. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please note funds can only be returned to your original payment method. If the card used to place the order expired or was cancelled from the time you placed the order, please contact us to make different arrangements. Depending on your bank processing time, refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your account.
